! GENERAL PLAN WORKSHOP !
Wellsville City is in the process of updating our General Plan. You, as a citizen of Wellsville, are invited to participate in shaping the future of our beautiful City. We need your ideas and input to plan future housing, parks, trails, roads, commercial business areas, water and natural lands. Please plan to be in attendance on Thursday, September 4th at 6:00 p.m. at the Legacy Loft (110 East Main, Wellsville).

Should Wellsville City purchase Open Space Property or development rights from private property owners as oppose to declaring their private property to be zoned OSC? Basically requiring 40 acres to build a home on as I understand it.
Much like how Wellsville City will use tax dollars to provide free access to Hyrum City library for Wellsville residents.
Will the Wellsville City General Plan workshop be accessible online?
