ADOPT-A-PARK
Wellsville City would like to invite you as individuals, families or other groups to adopt a park, a playground, or a trail here in the city.
It may include trash, weeds and debris removal, trimming back branches and brush. Or A fresh bright coat of paint on playground equipment or other park features. Lawn mowing will be done by city employees.
If that sounds like a lot, it is. No one is asking you to do it all. Choose an area or section and let’s work together.
We can take ownership and show our pride in our community.
Contact the Wellsville City office and let us know of your choice of areas and your willingness to serve.

If you have noticed another area of our community that needs attention, please let us know.
If we can hit these on the spring and keep an eye on them throughout the summer it will be easier to be successful.
Some areas seem to be to much for one person or even a group to accomplish. Please, you are welcome to choose a section of one of these areas.
It’s like the old joke about how do you eat an Elephant, you do it one bite at a time.
You are not expected to bite off more than you can chew. Anything you can do will be appreciated,
