Dear Residents of Wellsville and Cache County Residents in the Wellsville Fire District:
- Wellsville City along with the Wellsville UT LDS Stake have created a “Emergency Response Plan” for residents that live in the Wellsville Fire District (which is from the Meridian Road on the East, to the Maple Rise area on the North, then South and West to the County Lines). This plan will go into effect when there is a catastrophic emergency.
- A video has been created explaining the Emergency Response Plan which can be found here on the Wellsville City website under DEPARTMENTS –> PUBLIC SAFETY and the Wellsville Utah Stake website (https://wellsvillestake.org/emergency-prepardness-response-plan-training-video ).
- Part of that plan will be to help take care of residents that might need medical attention. We are looking for residents that have Medical Experience, completed the CERT Training, or are willing to take the CERT Training to help if we have a catastrophic emergency in our community.
If you have any Medical Experience, already CERT trained, or are willing to take the CERT training will you please contact the Wellsville City Office (435) 245-3686 and leave your name and number so we can contact you.
