Opening Ceremony- Eric Baugh
Approval of minutes from May 6, 2010

Absent committee member- Gary Bates

New committee member-
Introduction of new committee member Paul Egbert.

Children’s fishing day June 5th- What needed from committee-
Paul will attend and represent the city.
Brett’s committee has everything lined up and ready to go.

Concert in the Park June 19th-  The Simmons Brothers-
MaryAnn working on getting them a trailer.
They have their own sound system.
Concessions taken care of by the Tabernacle committee.

Sound system for Wellsville activities- MaryAnn
Allen Scott will work on our city sound system.

Concessions for softball- announcements of sports- MaryAnn-
Softball will run June 1st to July 7th.
Concessions are Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 5 to 10 p.m.
The Summit family is responsible for concessions.
New Fall soccer starts September 1st for U6-U10, upcoming information
will be provided through Wendy Egbert.

Founder’s Day-
Margo will contact Dana Rigby regarding volleyball and will forward the information
onto Colin Harrison.
Eric will contact Carolee about Tennis tournament.
Natalie will check with the rodeo committee.

Additional items if necessary-
MaryAnn will check with Gary on storing soccer goals, funding for volleyball/net, and
funding for the tennis tournament.
Paul will follow up on moving forward with sponsors for softball fence.
