Brief update on improvements on Softball field – fencing, concession stand, other
Everyone take a look at the fencing before we make a decision
Brief update on status of scoreboard for Darley Field – bids are in and its been posted on the       website
Update on chairman for Music in the Park Summer 2010
Brief explanation of procedure in posting information on meetings
We will not post minutes on the website at this time
Agenda required at the City Office 48 hours in advance
Final approval on park rules to go in effect January 1 (approved)
Further discussion of fees for city properties for recreation or profit events
Required payment within 3-5 days of events
$10 a night for ball field
Wellsville Dam pavilion $30
Discussion of requested guidelines for biking events submitted to the committee by Glen
Ames–   Required liability certificate for insurance (big and small events)
Required pre-meetings with the promoter and a contract signed
300 riders to start a fee
Additional business if needed
