Report from Glen Ames on possible biking events for Wellsville City-
Mountain Bike race at Sherwood Hills is scheduled for June 19, 2010.
Discussion on putting together a Fun Ride Bike Rally to be held in July 2010.  Mary Ann will check the schedule for the use of the bowery.  Glenn will get the ball rolling on possible sponsors.  Mary Ann will be Glenn’s contact.
Report from Brett Jorgensen on plans set forth for a Children’s fishing day and possible activity for Founder’s Day.
Brett has contacted DWR and got their approval for some great ideas for Free Fishing Day held on June 5, 2010 at 8 a.m. to noon. for ages 15 and under.  Checking into a State sponsored trailer for supplies.  Natalie will get the advertising going.  Gary will check with the council for approval for fishing areas to be roped off for the little children.
Margo will report on a possible volleyball tournament in conjunction with Founder’s Day and Erick will update us on a tennis tournament.
Dana Rigby agreed to put together a volleyball tournament in conjunction to Founder’s Day.  Margo will contact Colin Harrison to give him the info for the Newsletter.  Carolee Bunn is happy to put together a tennis tournament also.  Eric will be her contact and forward the information to Natalie.
Update on dates for Concerts in the Park – Mary Ann
Saturday, June 19, 2010,  Four Hims will be playing.
Cowboy Day’s will be held July 17, 2010.
Community Talent Show will be held on August 16, 2010.
Discussion on possible fundraising dinners with these concerts.
Report on possible ways to post activities for the community – Gary
Suggestion to move the event board from the Post Office closer to the City Office.
Natalie will address any needs that the soccer program might have.
Discussion on getting goals up and ready to go.  Natalie will contact Wendy to see that the background checks have been completed on the coaches.  Natalie will contact the school to ask that the playground superintendent keep the kids off of the goals.
Update from Jay on sign sponsors.
Paul was asked to take over softball contacts for Jaye Colling.  Eric will work with Paul on getting sponsors for the softball field.
Additional business as needed.
Gary suggested the budget for the coming year.
