Arbor Day and Tree City USA Presentation

Details for the 2010 program will be published soon. Plan now to attend the annual Arbor Day celebration. The date is April 25, 2009, at 10:00 on the City Square by the Tabernacle. Wellsville will once again be presented with the Tree City USA designation, continuing our streak of being a Tree City USA recipient every year since 1988.
As part of the short program, a tree will be planted honoring an outstanding Wellsville citizen. Please plan on attending. Light refreshments will also be available.

Easter Egg Hunt
The annual Wellsville Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday April 3, 2010 on the City Square. The Hunt will begin at 9:00 a.m. sharp, so don’t be late or you will miss it. The Easter Egg Hunt is for children age 9 and under. Thanks go to the WellsvilleVolunteer Fire Department for their help is organizing this annual event.

All Horse Parade
Information for 2010 is not yet available. Exciting changes are being planned for this year, so watch this space for new information.
2009: The annual All Horse Parade will be held Saturday July 18, 2009, beginning at 9:30 a.m in Wellsville. The American West Heritage Center holds this event each year in conjuction with their Spirit of ‘47 Pioneer Jubilee.
