The Wellsville City Drinking Water Quality Report for 2014 is available for inspection at both the City Office and on our website. This report is designed to inform you about the quality of the water and services we deliver to you every day. Our constant goal is to provide you with a safe and dependable supply of drinking water. We want you to understand the efforts we make to continually improve the water treatment process and protect our water resource. Baseball/softball sign-ups will start on March 1st and run through March 31st. In addition to the above link, you may also sign-up on March 21 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the city office at 75 East Main. The cost for girls to play softball is $47 and $27 for T-ball. If there are enough girls who sign-up, there will be an all-girl T-ball team.
The cost for boys to play baseball is according to age: 7-8 yrs. $37, 9-10 yrs. $57, 11-12 yrs. $62, and 13-14 yrs. $80. Registration will be accepted until March 31st. If you have any question please contact Carrie Salvage at 770-7086 or Danny Erickson at (801) 391-1071 or email@example.com.
Founders’ Day booth applications are now being accepted. Download the application form here and follow the instruction included on it. Please read the application carefully as the Utah Tax Commission is requiring additional information from applicants.
Thanks to all who attended the Miss Wellsville Scholarship Pageant meeting. We had good attendance. The Miss Wellsville Scholarship Pageant will take place on Saturday, April 11 at the Wellsville Elementary School. Watch April’s city newsletter and this site for more information.

If the weather permits, the annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday, April 4 at the City Square. The Easter Egg Hunt will begin at 9:00 a.m. sharp, so don’t be late of you will miss out. We want to thank our volunteer fire department for their help with this activity.
Wellsville Elementary Kindergarten registration will be held on March 11 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and March 12 from 12:00 noon to 6:30 p.m. at the school office. Screening will take place in conjunction with registration so please bring your kindergarten child with you to the school when registering. You will also pick up a registration school packet that will need to be filled out and returned to the office along with documentation of all required shots completed by March 27.
