Voting will be held on
Tuesday, November 5th, 2013
at the LDS Church at
49 West 200 South in Wellsville.
Polls are open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
1. Give your name and address to the election judge. YOU WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO SHOW A GOVERNEMNT ISSUED PHOTO ID.
2. If your name is on the official register and your right to vote has not been challenged, the election judge will give you one ballot. NOTE: If an election judge has a reason to doubt your identity, the judge is required to request additional ID from you that establishes your identity and residence.

Notice is hereby given that Early or Absentee voting for the City of Wellsville General Municipal Election shall be conducted at the Wellsville City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville, Utah. Voting shall be held Monday through Thursday beginning Monday, October 14, 2013 and continuing through Monday, November 4, 2013 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:40 p.m.
Voters will be required to show a valid driver’s license.
