Census surveys will be distributed to Wellsville City residents around the middle of March. It is a MUST they be completed by all residents. The information obtained from the census surveys are used to determine the amount of tax revenue the city will receive. Most of the revenues the city receives is based on population information obtained from this census. Therefore, if residents fail to complete their census surveys, the city will lose tax revenue. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in this important matter.
