Utah law requires ALL voters to show valid identification before they can vote in either the Primary or General election. Even if you have lived in Wellsville your entire life and you know all of the election judges, you must still show valid identification.

Valid identification includes a photo ID issued by the state or federal government, such as a Utah drivers license or a US passport,or two other forms of ID showing the voter’s name and address, such as a current utility bill or bank statement.

Voters without valid identification may cast a provisional ballot and then have five business days to present valid identification to the county clerk (in Logan) to have the ballot counted.
